Irrupa falls became a place of pilgrimage during the Hindu festival of Mahashivratri Hindu devotees visit the Rameshwara temple and take bath in Irrupa falls to wash away their sins.A national park called Nagarhole national park is one of the places that you should not miss while in the vicinity . It is one of the best managed park of India. Here you can see Tigers, elephants, sambhars panthers and several reptiles . Dubare elephant camp is a place where you can see elephants it is a training camp for elephants.
